Culinary Journey
Federico Alan Pro, originally from Sonora, Mexico, is gaining recognition in Frankfurt, Germany, with his ambitious project: an authentic Sonoran taco restaurant. Combining his extensive experience in hospitality and tourism with a passion for Mexican cuisine, he aims to set a new standard for authentic flavors in Europe.
His career includes roles such as coordinating the 2012 Pan American Games with Mexico's Secretariat of Tourism, managing international sales at Hotel Live Aqua Cancun, and serving as Maître d'hôtel at La Voile Restaurant in Boston. His expertise in logistics, sales, and customer service underpins his new venture.
